Perfect for BBQs, but equally delicious sprinkled over oven-roasted or pan-seared dishes, this blend brings a taste of desert sunsets and campfire cooking to your table.

Ground Red Chilli (20%), Sea Salt, Sugar, Garlic Powder (10%), Cinnamon (8%), Cumin (5%), Coriander, Onion Powder, Tomato Powder, Oregano, Citric Acid (acidity regulator), Xanthan Gum (thickener).

Directions

Rub directly onto meat, seafood, or vegetables before grilling with or without oil, or sprinkle over oven-baked or pan-fried dishes for a smoky Southwestern/Mexican twist.
