Curated in Oxford, North Canterbury, and delivered across Aotearoa New Zealand.
Processing and dispatch
We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 1โ2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are usually processed on the next business day.
Delivery within New Zealand
Delivery generally takes 2โ5 business days after dispatch. Rural deliveries and busy periods may take longer. Delivery timeframes are estimates; if we become aware of a significant delay, weโll let you know.
Free standard shipping is available on eligible New Zealand orders over $150. Some items are excluded because their size, weight, delivery location or handling requirements mean additional shipping costs apply. Where this is the case, the applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Tussock & Thread may change the free-shipping threshold or eligible products from time to time. Any change will apply to future orders only and will be reflected on our website or at checkout before purchase.
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the delivery charge is calculated and displayed at checkout.
Click & Collect
Free Click & Collect is available from Tussock & Thread, 55a Main Street, Oxford, North Canterbury. Weโll email you when your order is ready. Please wait for that email before coming in to collect it.
Some products may be available for collection only. This will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.
Tracking and delivery problems
Weโll email tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@tussockandthread.co.nz with your order number so we can help resolve it.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under New Zealandโs Consumer Guarantees Act. When we arrange delivery, we remain responsible for meeting our obligations if goods arrive damaged, late or not at all.
International orders
If international delivery is available for your address, the options and charges will appear at checkout. Customs duties, taxes and import charges imposed by the destination country are the customerโs responsibility.
