We want you to love your purchase from Tussock & Thread. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.
Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required.

Sale items and personal care products (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, earrings) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

For faulty items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
How to Make a Return

Email hello@tussockandthread.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for our confirmation before sending your item back.

Return the item to: Tussock & Thread, 55a Main Street, Oxford, North Canterbury, New Zealand.
Refunds or credits will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
