5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver throughout New Zealand and may offer international shipping where available.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or other factors outside our control.

  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If your item is faulty, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

7. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated at purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
