Made using Kawakawa Gin from The Bond Store on the Kāpiti Coast, it combines the botanical character of gin with refreshing tonic, lime, lemon and juniper berries. The result is a beautifully balanced jelly designed to complement rich, savoury cheeses and crackers.

For the full experience, refrigerate overnight before serving, then turn the jelly upside down onto your cheeseboard. The gin concentrated at the top of the jar will then flow down over the jelly — creating a delicious centrepiece for your platter.
