Bring something a little different to the table with Wild Fennel Co. Duck Seasoning — a playful, slightly sweet Asian-inspired blend of ginger, chilli and cinnamon.

Created especially for duck, it’s delicious rubbed over pan-seared duck breast, confit legs or a whole roast duck. Don’t stop there though — try it with roasted kūmara, prawns, stir-fries or an Asian-inspired fish salad.

Each packet contains enough seasoning for approximately 2–3 family-sized meals, making it an easy way to add incredible flavour to everyday cooking.

Try it with Shredded Duck Pancakes
Rub the seasoning over a whole duck before slow roasting until tender, then finish at a high heat for beautifully crisp skin. Shred the cooked duck and serve with warm Peking duck pancakes, hoisin sauce, cucumber and spring onion. Sprinkle over a little extra seasoning before serving and let everyone build their own.

Add fresh chilli and coriander for a little extra kick.
