MINCHINS MILLING - WHITE HIGH GRADE FLOUR

STRONG AND FULL OF FLAVOUR

Our High grade flour is very strong, great for sourdoughs and general baking.

Even though this is our white flour, it is creamy in color due to the traditional milling method which retains the wheat germ and bran.

Our white flour is made from hard red wheat and the extraction rate is 73% of the whole grain.
