An award-winning White Chocolate Blondie Mix that makes creating a seriously delicious treat at home almost too easy.

Made with brown sugar and white chocolate, these blondies bake up beautifully rich and buttery, with chewy golden edges and wonderfully soft centres. Somewhere between a brownie and a cookie, they're sweet, indulgent and rather hard to stop at just one!

And the best bit? You only need one bowl and around five minutes to get them from packet to oven. Simply add butter and eggs, with a splash of vanilla if you fancy, and you're ready to bake.

This is a generously sized mix too, making a lovely thick 20cm x 20cm (8 x 8 inch) pan — enough for 12 generous blondies or 16 smaller pieces.

Prefer the original coconut version? Simply add coconut at home for that extra little twist.

Just Add

• 150g melted butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Bake at 180°C in a lined 20cm x 20cm tin for approximately 22–25 minutes for a soft, gooey centre, or 25–28 minutes for a firmer blondie.
