Secret Kiwi Kitchen | Baking Mix | White Chocolate Blondie Mix
There’s a reason this award-winning White Chocolate Blondie Mix is a favourite. Rich brown sugar, creamy white chocolate and a buttery base come together to create blondies with lightly crisp, chewy edges and wonderfully soft centres.
Even better? You only need one bowl and around five minutes of prep before they're ready for the oven. Simply add eggs and butter, then choose whether to add coconut for a little nod to the original recipe.
This is a generously sized mix too, making a thick 20cm × 20cm tray — enough for 12 generous blondies or 16 slightly more sensible pieces.
Perfect for afternoon tea, dessert, lunchboxes, sharing with friends... or keeping tucked away for yourself.
Why we love it:
- Award-winning blondie mix
- Rich, buttery flavour
- Loaded with white chocolate
- Chewy, lightly crisp edges and soft centres
- Just one bowl and around 5 minutes prep
- Makes 12 large or 16 smaller blondies
- Optional coconut can be added for the original-style recipe
What You'll Need
From your pantry:
- 150g butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Coconut (optional)
How to Make Them
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Whisk the eggs and vanilla together in a large bowl. Slowly whisk in the slightly cooled melted butter.
Add the contents of the packet and stir until well combined. Don't worry if the batter is thick — it should have a cookie dough-like consistency.
Press into a baking paper-lined 20cm × 20cm (8 × 8 inch) brownie tin.
Bake for:
- 22–25 minutes for a softer, gooey centre
- 25–28 minutes for a firmer blondie
The top and edges should be lightly golden and crisp. A toothpick inserted into the centre should come out slightly gooey for a softer blondie or clean for a firmer finish.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, brown sugar, cane sugar, white chocolate, cornstarch, sodium bicarbonate (raising agent), sea salt.
Allergens: Contains wheat and dairy. Egg and nuts are also present within the kitchen facility.
Five minutes to mix. One bowl to wash. A tray of warm blondies at the end. That's our kind of baking.
