Delicious just as it is, this clever vanilla mix also makes the perfect starting point for getting a little creative. Add lemon or orange zest, berries, sprinkles, your favourite flavour essence or whatever else takes your fancy — then make it entirely your own.

Made with premium local and imported ingredients, including New Zealand milk powder and cane sugar, with real vanilla extract for a lovely subtle vanilla flavour.

Each 400g pack makes approximately 12 cupcakes or one 8-inch cake, and all you need to add are a few simple ingredients from home.

Just Add

• 2 eggs
• ½ cup vegetable oil or butter
• 1 cup boiling water for cake
• 1½ cups boiling water for cupcakes
• 1–2 teaspoons vanilla extract, optional
• Your choice of additional flavouring, optional

To Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C.
