MINCHINS MILLING - HIGH EXTRACTION - HIGH GRADE FLOUR
STRONG AND FULL OF FLAVOUR
Our high grade high extraction flour is made from hard red wheat and is a great compromise between whole meal and white flour. It is strong, great for sourdoughs and general baking.
The extraction rate is 85% of the whole grain.
