Made with 68% plums, it's rich, fruity and beautifully spiced, with enough chilli to give it a little kick. It's fabulous alongside barbecued meats, but there's plenty more you can do with this versatile little bottle.

Drizzle it over roast duck, chicken, pork or shrimp, serve as a dipping sauce with spring rolls or steamed dumplings, or mix a spoonful through mayonnaise or Greek yoghurt for a quick and seriously tasty dip.
